At Ajmal Gold Collection, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return under the following terms:
Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all packaging and the original invoice.

Custom-made, engraved, resized, or special order jewellery cannot be returned.

For hygiene reasons, earrings, nose pins, and other body-worn jewellery are non-returnable.

Products purchased on sale, promotion, or discount are final sale and not eligible for return.
Return Procedure

Once your request is approved, securely package the item with its original documents.

Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item delivered was defective or incorrect.

All returned products will be inspected before acceptance.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.

Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are non-refundable.
